Glass Hallway

I found a pretty good website with interesting statistics for the glass hallway project. In my opinion, the statistics should be about littering and trash, since that was what our service learning project was about.

the statistics i think are most effective in catching peoples attention are:

• As of 1992, 14 billion pounds of trash were dumped into ocean annually around the world.
• Americans toss out enough paper & plastic cups, forks and spoons every year to circle the equator 300 times.
