Cigna
Cigna giving their employee's 8 paid hours to do service is not real community service. I think that it is good because any amount of hours will help make a difference, but in order for it to be considered real service the person should not receive any pay. On the other hand might have a positive effect on people. Even though these employees will be getting paid, after actually doing to task they might be inclined to become more involved with community service outside of this. This was a very interesting article.
