I think that cignas plan of giving their employees paid time to volunteer is a good idea. I think the plan will encourage their employees to help the earth and others. Hopefully other companies will be inspired by what cigna is doing and do these things themselves. It is also a greater idea from a business standpoint because this story and what they are doing will bring atention to the company. Then more people will go to this company for goods thinking they are also helping the world and its people.
